2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India (including metro cities, Tier 2 & Tier 3 towns, and select rural locations).
For international shipping, customers are requested to contact our support team at support@simplydesi.in before placing an order.
3. Shipping Time & Processing
– Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
– Dispatch & Delivery Time:
– Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
– Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5 business days
– Remote & Rural Areas: 7 business days
– Express Shipping: Available for select locations at an additional charge (Next-day or 2-day delivery options).
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Charges
– Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.
– Standard Shipping Charges:
– Orders below ₹999: ₹50 – ₹150 (calculated at checkout based on location).
– Express Shipping: Charges vary as per courier partner rates.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations with an additional COD fee of ₹50.
5. Delivery Partners & Tracking
To ensure timely delivery, we have partnered with leading logistics providers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees, and India Post.
Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, a tracking ID will be sent via SMS/Email, allowing real-time tracking.
Missed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 1 delivery attempts. If the order is undelivered, it will be returned to us.
6. Payment & Order Confirmation
SimplyDesi follows secure and RBI-compliant online payment norms. We accept:
– UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
– Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, AMEX)
– Net Banking
– Wallet Payments
– Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) for select orders
– Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes
Secure Transactions: Payments are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways for customer safety.
7. Changes, Cancellations & Address Updates
– Order Changes & Cancellations:
– Changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of order placement or before dispatch.
– Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
– Address Updates: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at info@simplydesi.in within 12 hours of order placement.
8. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
– If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it will be returned to us.
– Reshipping may require an additional fee.
– COD Refusals: Frequent COD order refusals may result in the restriction of COD payment options for the customer.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
In case of missing, defective, or damaged items:
– Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with images via email at info@simplydesi.in or WhatsApp at +91 91 452 537 34.
– Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
